All of the information you provide during the ordering process is restricted to our staff, and we make sure that all of our employees up-to-date on our security and privacy policies. Once you have decided how to proceed, you will be prompted to enter the name and address of the intended recipient of your shipment (i.e. your delivery information), followed by your billing details. You will have the option of indicating that the shipping and billing details are the same, if applicable.
After providing this information, you will need to check the “Your Order” details box on right side of the screen. Then you have to read and accept our Terms and Conditions by clicking on the checkbox after the order details.
After completing above steps, you are ready to complete your order, click on the “Place order” button to the left of your screen. You will receive an on-screen order confirmation, as well as a second confirmation via e-mail and SMS.
Should you encounter any difficulties during the checkout process, please feel free to contact us using one of the options listed at the top of this page or (Blue color “Message us”) button on the lower-right corner of the screen.
First, click on the “Cart” icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart. Once you have identified the item that you would like to delete, click on the “Remove” check box to the left of the item description.
You will also receive confirmation via SMS and e-mail that we have received your order. (Please be sure to enter your mobile phone number and e-mail address correctly on the order form so that we can be sure to deliver your confirmation to you.)
Please write, e-mail, or phone us with your changes AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. In your correspondence, include your old address, new address, as well as any special instructions you might have regarding cancelling delivery. We accept Visa card, Master card, Amex card, eZ cash, mCash, Cash-On-Delivery (COD) and Direct Bank Transfer.
You can track your orders by clicking on the “Track my order” page on the main menu. You have to enter your order number and e-mail address used to order in the relevant text boxes and click “Track” button in the bottom.
