Is ordering online secure?
Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website (or through any other means).

All of the information you provide during the ordering process is restricted to our staff, and we make sure that all of our employees up-to-date on our security and privacy policies. How do I place my order?
Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your order, move your cursor to the “Checkout” button. You will then be transferred to Billing Details page and asked to either create a new account or place an order without an account.

Once you have decided how to proceed, you will be prompted to enter the name and address of the intended recipient of your shipment (i.e. your delivery information), followed by your billing details. You will have the option of indicating that the shipping and billing details are the same, if applicable.

After providing this information, you will need to check the “Your Order” details box on right side of the screen. Then you have to read and accept our Terms and Conditions by clicking on the checkbox after the order details.

After completing above steps, you are ready to complete your order, click on the “Place order” button to the left of your screen.  You will receive an on-screen order confirmation, as well as a second confirmation via e-mail and SMS.

How do I view what’s in my shopping cart?
To view the contents of your cart, hover on the “Cart” icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. Once you click on this icon, you can easily change the number of copies you want to purchase of a particular item in your cart by updating the quantity listed and then clicking the “Update cart” link. You can also delete any item in your cart by clicking the “Remove” check box to the left of that item.

How do I add items to my cart?
To add a item to your cart, navigate to the page of the item you are interested in and then choose your desired specifications (size, color, quantity, etc.) of that item. When you click the “Add to Cart” button, you will be pop-out to your “Shopping cart” page where you can see your cart and items on it.

How do I remove items from my cart?

First, click on the “Cart” icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart. Once you have identified the item that you would like to delete, click on the “Remove” check box to the left of the item description.

How do I change the quantity of a particular item in my cart?
First, click on the “Cart” icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart, as well as the quantities that you have chosen for each item. To change the quantity of an item in your cart, move your cursor to the box that appears under the “Quantity” column for this item and type in the quantity desired, then click the “Update cart” button. Once you do this, the quantity and associated amount will automatically change and reflect the correct amounts for both the quantity and the cost.

How will I know that you have received my order?
After you complete the checkout process, a receipt will appear on your screen detailing your final order including shipping charges, your billing address, and the items that are being sent to your shipping address. Please keep this receipt for your reference.

You will also receive confirmation via SMS and e-mail that we have received your order. (Please be sure to enter your mobile phone number and e-mail address correctly on the order form so that we can be sure to deliver your confirmation to you.)

What are your shipping and handling rates?
Shipping and handling rates are totally FREE.

What if I need to change my address or cancel delivery?

Please write, e-mail, or phone us with your changes AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. In your correspondence, include your old address, new address, as well as any special instructions you might have regarding cancelling delivery. What are your payment options?

We accept Cash-On-Delivery (COD) and Direct Bank Transfer.

Can I RETURN a purchase of an item?
All gift items and customized items are final.  There are no returns for these items.

What if I have received a defective item?
Defective items (e.g., items delivered with damages) may be returned for a replacement or full credit.  They must be reported and returned within 3 days of the delivery date. To report a defective item, please contact us using the information provided at the top of this page.

How long after placing my order should I expect to receive my shipment?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 3 days of the order being placed. Purchases shipped anywhere in the Sri Lanka will arrive within 4-6 business days of the order date. Orders being shipped outside of the Sri Lanka generally arrive within 3-4 weeks of the order date.

How can I track my orders?

You can track your orders by clicking on the “Track my order” page on the main menu. You have to enter your order number and e-mail address used to order in the relevant text boxes and click “Track” button in the bottom.
